Find out what you really want
You have decided to open your heart wide? Now is a good time to find out what you really want. What do you live for here on earth? Maybe to light up your whole environment with your laughter?
Do you want to heal? Where do you get tingles when you think about it? Do you want to unfold your creativity and make it blossom? Gift the world with wonderful sounds and colors or your expressive dance?
Will you also help us reach the critical mass of awakened, liberated people now by networking and strengthening a new field of consciousness?
Find out now. Don't beat around the bush any longer. Don't put it off any longer. Right NOW we are awakening and collectively freeing ourselves from our mental "prisons". Actively participate. It's going to be a great party!
Start impulses
1. vision board:
Hang a large white board on a wall and cover it with pictures of your vision. You can find suitable pictures on the internet by searching for the keyword - e.g. with DuckDuckGo Pictures. Communicate with your vision board, let inspiration and new images come, until finally your vision shines clear and you feel intense anticipation.
2. gratitude:
At the very beginning, while your vision is being created within you, be grateful from the bottom of your heart for its fulfillment. Gratitude is the most powerful means of communication with Source. It knows through your gratitude what you need for yourself and delivers it to you.
The more grateful we turn our hearts towards the highest when good things come to us, the more things we will receive and the faster these things come to us, simply because the spiritual attitude of gratitude brings the mind closer to the source from which the blessings reach us.
The grateful turning of your mind in joyful praise of the Most High is a release or use of power. It unfailingly reaches that to which it is directed, and the reaction is an immediate turning to you. Turn to God, and HE will turn to you.
Wallace D. Wattles, The Science of Getting Rich , 1910
3. determination:Â
Decide for your happiness, for the most beautiful and highest expression of yourself, for your vision. Only with your decision do you bring it into being. Not with pleading or hoping that it might happen. Remain determined, especially in phases of clarification.
4. daily visualization:
Start your day in gratitude and imagine how you want to experience the day. Paint it concretely, in all colors. And then load your vision with intense anticipation, like a child looking forward to Christmas and knowing that it will be richly gifted. Continue to color in your power goal, your big vision, as well. Start simple and let the images grow until you have your vision fully in mind. Experiment with your imagination. It will grow over time until visualizing comes as easily to you as driving a car.
5. daily affirmations:
All thoughts - even negative ones - are basically affirmations with which we fix our view of the world. We can choose to consciously think positive thoughts over and over again. For example: I allow my body to renew all cells and radiate vitality and health! Or: Life loves me - Today I experience a wonderful day full of joy and exciting encounters.
You can create appropriate affirmations for all areas of life: health, relationships, wealth, profession, creativity, self-worth, peace
Above all, it is important to say all affirmations powerfully with inner conviction. An affirmation "I have $10,000 in the bank account" your subconscious will never be convincing when at the same time you even have debts and no money inflow is in sight. choose the statements so that you can feel their truth.
Likewise, check what negative beliefs you still have.
6. approach your vision actively and relaxed:
Visualization and affirmations are rarely enough to attract what you want into your life. Show your gratitude and also your willingness to move towards the goal. Don't wait, but get into the habit of doing something goal-enhancing every day. It doesn't have to be something strenuous, or doing the dishes. Whereby keeping your apartment clean is quite conducive. It can also be fun. Meet friends in a café and let yourself be inspired in a relaxed atmosphere.
Relaxation is very important. It will backfire if you force yourself forward. It is enough to have an inner conviction that what you want will happen. Let things develop. Do your visualizations and affirmations in playful anticipation, as well as your daily actions. Play spiritedly and in certainty.
7. ask intelligent questions
Veit Lindau tells us in his coaching book Become Crazy! which I also highly recommend at this point: Our mind loves questions. If it is often still closed to affirmations, you can nevertheless win it over to a constructive cooperation for your power goal. Ask questions, and your mind will immediately go to great lengths to get answers and results.
Here are a few examples: Where do I find something beautiful here in the city? - How do I find out what is good for my body? - How do I find a new apartment that fits elegantly? - What helps me to love XY more?
Logically, avoid questions like "Why am I not good enough?"These are stupid questions that keep you in a cage.
8. think big!
Our greatest fear is not to be inadequate.
Our greatest fear is to be powerful without limits.
Our light, not our darkness, frightens us most.
We ask ourselves: Who am I to be so brilliant?
But who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
It's not serving the world if you make yourself small.
To make yourself small, just so that others around you don't feel insecure,
has nothing enlightened.
We were born to manifest the glory of God who is in us.
He's not just in some of us, he's in everyone.
And if we let our light shine,
we unconsciously give others permission to do the same.
When we are free of our own fears,
our presence automatically frees the others.from: Marianne Williamson, The return to love
quoted by Nelson Mandela in his inaugural address as President of South Africa in 1994
