“Illness” is the body's healthy reaction to something that is not right.
The path to being chronically healthy.
“Illness” was yesterday. You can now stay healthy. – A pretty bold claim, don't you think? Nevertheless, it is based on a deep reality that is and remains divine truth at a higher level.
We are just awakening to this divine truth and can finally manifest it physically for ourselves - by virtue of our trusting devotion to LIFE and by overcoming all fears.
There are no “incurable diseases”, but there are very well incurable people. The reasons for their incurability are discussed in the article ANY disease is curable! .
Yes, ultimately there are no “diseases” as they have been defined by conventional medicine up to now. They are their Inventions or misinterpretations of healthy reactions of the body. Or they are poisoning consequences of pharmaceutical treatment, or their repair processes by inner healing power of the body. Read in addition also an old, however very informative article by Arnold Ehret, published in 1911.
Our path to chronic health is essentially a process of becoming aware and letting go. Fortunately, it can happen spontaneously, without the passage of time.

Previous blog statements on “illness”
We can effectively protect ourselves from “illness” with thoughts of trust. This also includes letting go of the belief in “illness” altogether.
Being chronically healthy is definitely an achievable goal. For you, too.
Several statements in this blog could perhaps already prepare you for the realization of this goal:
- The primary causes of “illness” are always mental and spiritual.
- We are 100% responsible for our own health. (Louise Hay)
- Learn to understand symptoms instead of stubbornly fighting them.
- There is only one “disease”: separation from the divine source. (Rabia)
- Fear causes “illness”, love causes healthy living.
- We are in a process of awakening.
- Light is information.
Darkness corresponds to ignorance. Light leads us into awakening. Lightful information helps us to recognize the truth behind the apparent.
What is the belief in ‘illness’ based on?
In essence, we are held captive by a twofold misconception. One is the belief in separation from God, or the source of all life.
Second, the belief in misleading definitions of the conventional medicine. At the latest since physicians have held the rank of academics, they are considered credible, honest researchers.
In this context, doctors have rarely been able to heal, if at all. Their domain is not healing, but “diagnosis” and “prognosis”, i.e. their judgment of a condition.
But only those who have the full picture can really judge, right? Doctors very rarely have this perspective. Consequently, diagnoses are very often purely arbitrary guesses, usually linked to a business model that generates regular customers in doctors' offices and pharmacies.
Many people allow themselves to be conditioned by medical speculation and excessive media consumption. Name me, for example, a single Hollywood movie in which “illness”, “hospitalization” and alcohol do NOT occur! There are probably fewer than 5 out of 100 movies without these standard scenes.
“Illness“ is an idol.
This true statement is described in great detail in A Course in Miracles:
Do not side with sickness in the presence of a Son of God even if he believes in it, for your acceptance of God in him acknowledges the love of God which he has forgotten.
Your recognition of him as part of God teaches him the truth about himself, which he is denying. Would you strengthen his denial of God and thus lose sight of yourself?
Or would you remind him of his wholeness and remember your Creator with him?
To believe a Son of God is sick is to worship the same idol he does. God created love, not idolatry.
All forms of idolatry are caricatures of creation, taught by sick minds which are too divided to know that creation shares power and never usurps it.
Sickness is idolatry because it is the belief that power can be taken from you. Yet this is impossible because you are part of God, Who is all power.
A sick god must be an idol, made in the image of what its maker thinks he is. And that is exactly what the ego does perceive in a Son of God; a sick god, self-created, self-sufficient, very vicious, and very vulnerable. Is this the idol you would worship? Textbook 9,9
Misleading conditioning
How were we introduced to the phenomenon of “illness” as children? Usually through the assertions of adults. I still remember the saying, “Three hornet stings can kill a horse.” Such a claim is completely unfounded. But is it any different with various “diseases"?
The bodily symptoms we occasionally experience can be interpreted in many different ways. “Measles”, for example, can be interpreted as the body's self-regulatory program, but also as an “infection”. So far, most people believe the “infection” hypothesis. Read the article What "contagion" really means.
Rarely do we hear - as I did as a child in my family - the phrase:
„Wenn du gesund bleiben willst, meide die Ärzte.“
Too many parents believe the medical profession that their children need to be “vaccinated” very early on to “stay healthy.” Vaccinations and antibiotics poison their offspring every time, sometimes considerably and with severe long-term effects. Both should therefore be avoided at all costs. Are you surprised that unvaccinated children - according to a study - stay healthier than vaccinated ones?
From the very beginning, the world of adults conditions us to “get sick”. Many parents worry instead of trusting in God. Yes, they too have been conditioned. Since then, worry, fear and anxiety have been their counselors, which they pass on to their children “caringly”, but actually rather sorrowfully.
How can you let go of your fear?
Together with the assumption of “illness”, fears are systematically fed and stimulated. If I were to say to someone today: “I don't believe in ‘illness’ and I don't use my body for that purpose”, they would probably think I was not afraid of anything, but rather that I was out of touch with reality.
Because people apparently still believe more in “illness” and “death” than in God, health and life.
We can let go of our ideas and fears only when we are of a different mind. Of a mind open to the divine truth.
At least we need a credible questioning of the old dogmas. In this blog you will find some articles as well as book and video presentations that will introduce you to alternative points of view.
Just a few days ago, I found a new interview with the scientist Raik Garve in the “Neue Horizonte". The topic: “How to lose your fear of disease”. Raik Garve rigorously and systematically refutes the theoretical foundations of “medicine”. In doing so, he deprives it of any power to keep us away from real health by instilling fear.

What do I need to have basic trust?
The divine POWER works in us, whether we are aware of it or not. We could confidently leave the complete control of our life to the I AM or our HIGH SELF. Unfortunately, we often lack the necessary trust and awareness.
Statements like Raik Garve's can help us to become self-aware and to take away the responsibility for our being healthy from the pharmacy-dependent doctors. From now on we can actively live our co-responsibility .
An obvious form of co-responsibility is to surrender myself completely to the Original Creator as HER living and perfect expression. This means being willing to do only what is God's will.
But then, is God responsible for everything?
Basically yes.
What would my “own” responsibility be?
I can feel responsible to distinguish His will from my ego will. And I can repeatedly affirm my intention to surrender to God and willingly express His will.
This will not prevent making mistakes. Even bad mistakes. After all, we are still in a collective learning process. By simply acknowledging our mistakes without self-judgment, our minds gradually heal - with God's help.
Does God want me to be “sick”?
No. We are created by HER eternally and in good health. But in this dualistic dream world, which was also created by HER, “illness” is part of the learning program. We can dream of being “ill” but also healthy. And we dream up the causes that lead to “illness” and to being healthy.
Suffering is necessary until you realize that it is unnecessary.
Eckhart Tolle, Silence speaks
In his workshops, the American scientist Dr. Joe Dispenza impressively demonstrates how healing can sometimes happen spontaneously during a single meditation. This includes healing from so-called “incurable diseases” such as “MS” or “cancer”. On his website you will also find a whole series of self-experience videos, in which women and men report on their healing during a retreat.
Therefore, it is now clear to me: any “illness” can be over as soon as we wholeheartedly, trustingly and gratefully surrender to divine life. And as soon as we have completely let go of corresponding old beliefs and fears.
You are healthy. Manifest this.
How often have you read or heard that you can manifest everything? And how often have you failed with your attempts?
The key is trust. My back problems disappeared only after more than 4 years. They dissolved because I trusted - all the time.
If my subconscious belief is in conflict with the intended manifestations, it will thwart them.
That is why it is so important to completely say goodbye to all old beliefs. Only in this way do we bring ourselves into a state of primal trust. Not infrequently, we achieve what we want only with a change of scenery or overcoming the daily routine.
Achieving chronic health is an integral part of the divine plan for human beings. As I said at the beginning, it is essentially a process of becoming aware and letting go.
Consider being chronically healthy as possible, even as your reality that is manifesting now. Open yourself for developments that have not been within your thinking horizon so far.
Only in true surrender to unconditional love will the inner eye be liberated. It is faith that must illuminate it. Only then can its glory flow down to fill the chalice of the heart. But higher faith is not easily found: It awakens only when hunger has passed.
