Focus preferentially on the areas of the body that feel particularly slagged.

Breathe in and out in this way until you feel that no more waste is leaving the body.

Believe in your success

So believe in your health - and in its source. Health already exists for you in the spiritual realm and will be reflected - with a time delay - in the body. Avoid any negative messages: "scientific explanations", statistics, "Beliefs." well-meaning relative.

The origin of slags in the body

What causes our body to become slagged? And how can you effectively get rid of the slags afterwards?
I answer these questions in the following for the physical level.
At this point I will leave mental and spiritual causes aside.

By now it is well known that an excess of acid- and mucus-forming food leads to slagging. The term for this is "acidosis". The usual civilization food is strongly acid-forming.
Since the pH value of the blood must not fall below 7.2, the body must neutralize the absorbed acids. For this it needs minerals. These are found less and less often in our civilized diet, so that it has to resort more and more often to the body's own depots: Calcium from teeth, hair and fingernails is preferred, later also from the bones. By the way, cow's milk is not a calcium supplier for humans, but even behaves as a calcium predator.

The crystalline salt compounds that the various acids form with the minerals are stored by the body as waste products and sooner or later cause various "disease" symptoms.

Arnold Ehret sees the increasing mucus in the body as the cause of these symptoms. Interestingly, the list of acid-forming foods coincides quite closely with the list of mucus-forming foods, as he himself found out.

Holistic purification concept

Important: If the slagging is already far advanced and has triggered serious diseases, a do-it-yourself slagging is too risky.
With a little luck you will find a suitable medical guidance.
In order for you to really succeed, I recommend reading the books on this topic that I presented in this article.

During your detoxification, an alkaline "mucus-free healing diet" is highly recommended to avoid new acid inputs.
As a preventive measure, your diet should consist of at least 80 percent alkaline food.

In between, always apply the energetic detoxification, see above. Because with it you move on the cause level:

Avoidance of unpleasant side effects

Slag dissolution means nothing more than the dissolution and re-activation of the acid from the salty slag. In addition, stored toxins are also released, which can cause considerable discomfort.

It is therefore important to eliminate all dissolved substances as quickly as possible. This can be achieved if, in addition to the dissolving herbal tea - max. 1.5l / day - you drink a somewhat larger quantity of good still water, i.e. approx. 2l. Start with 1 - 2 cups of tea.
With the water the released acid is diluted. This prevents the body from again misappropriating minerals it needs for healthy hair, teeth, nails and bones.

FootbathThe basic full- and foot baths with different salts, crystals and high pH-value you can use for elimination through the skin - by osmosis.
Due to the high salt content, your body does not cool down even if the bath lasts more than 2 hours. Very pleasant bathing, I find.

UPDATE: In the meantime, I only recommend alkaline bath salts that do NOT contain table salt (NaCl), neither Dead Sea salt nor Himalayan salt.
Sodium chloride impedes osmosis too much. Recommended are e.g. the bath powders of the company Bioleo, Goldenbek. I have tested the effect myself and am very satisfied with the result.

Finally, you should make sure that there is enough supply of minerals for your body. Vegetables, fruits and nuts are especially suitable for this purpose, in general the mucus-free healing food.

Mental causes and adversaries

As already mentioned at the beginning, slagging often starts before birth. Sometimes we already experience in the womb the "frustration" or "pleasure food" of the mother, her compensatory eating behavior, the reach for sugar, chocolate, coffee or cake.

We were also conditioned, for example, through rewards with ice cream, chocolate, sweets, French fries or similar. We usually tried to compensate for any feeling of lack with our eating behavior.
We never really succeeded in doing this, but we may not have realized it until later.

The success of your purification stands and falls with the awareness of various displacement mechanisms.
If I tend to eat too much, reason is of little use to me. Only when I become aware of what my hunger really is and how I can really become full, the course for success is set.

Is there the "inner bastard"?

Honestly, how many times have you judged yourself for not getting something done or sticking with it? Do you really think there's a part of you that's "bad"?
I don't. Rather, I'm interested in the real causes of inertia, habit, and unwillingness.
More often than we suspect, we are negatively influenced by destructive forces, such as

  • collective fear-filled fields of consciousness
  • manipulative pharmaceutical advertising
  • traumatic events
  • souls of deceased who parasitically attach themselves to us.
    This actually occurs very frequently - in every 2nd to 3rd family - preferably among people with addictive behaviour.

To the point: We encounter inner adversaries who show us our unresolved issues. We should neither ignore them nor simply give in to them. Instead, we can - if necessary with support - bring light into our darkness.

It's easier with intermediate destinations

Success should be tangible. That's why it's very helpful to proceed in stages - step by step.
I have noticed this myself with my change of diet.
In the "Mucus-Free Healing Diet" Arnold Ehret writes that drastic extreme changes backfire, i.e. reduce the chances of healing.

A highly slagged elderly person, who has so far eaten a lavish diet including meat and dairy products, should in no case become a fruit-eating raw foodist without a transition diet.

Leave out the acid-forming foods determinedly and calmly bit by bit and replace them step by step by the mucus-free healing diet.

Keep moving, find extension possibilities for your detoxification, e.g. alkaline wraps for certain body regions. Energize yourself again and again with light energy, health, purity and love.

Perseverance pays off

Never give up and exercise patience. Slags that have been stored over a period of perhaps 40-60 years almost never disappear so easily overnight. Expect that a complete detoxification may take longer than a year.
Also expect that the success will not be visible immediately.
Be even more pleased when you reach your goal faster with the help of the Energetic Method.

Do not let yourself be diverted from the path if you experience physical crises. Just relax and support your stressed organs.
Instead, strengthen yourself with the great rediscoveries of beneficial nutrition and reawakening joy of life.

Find suitable support

Be aware that you are quickly moving outside the comfort zone you share with your family and friends.
Especially for the long haul, you need support from encouraging people and information.
You're breaking new ground because you want to give up decades-old habits.

A common, unnecessary habit is the belief, "I can do this on my own - without help."
Let go of such beliefs.
It is quite enough if you show a little willingness. By doing so, you allow the universe to help you in any way it can.
