Are we living in a dream world?
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of GOD.
With these statements begins A Course in Miracles. We have created a changeable world with the power of our thoughts. It is only our projection, our imagination - not real, but a mirror, a dream from which we can (and should) awaken.
Only the original spiritual plane of creation - Son of God - is real and cannot be threatened. All our loveless physical thought-projections, however artful they may be, are like houses of cards in contrast. They collapse with the corresponding mental impulse. Everything created in love remains preserved.
I am under no laws but God's.
Accordingly, lesson 76 states:
3. Think of the freedom in the recognition that you are not bound by all the strange and twisted laws you have set up to save you. You really think that you would starve unless you have stacks of green paper strips and piles of metal discs. You really think a small round pellet or some fluid pushed into your veins through a sharpened needle will ward off disease and death. You really think you are alone unless another body is with you.
4. It is insanity that thinks these things. You call them laws, and put them under different names in a long catalogue of rituals that have no use and serve no purpose. You think you must obey the "laws" of medicine, of economics and of health. Protect the body, and you will be saved.
5. These are not laws, but madness. The body is endangered by the mind that hurts itself.
I have studied this book intensively. And its statements have proven to be very true and healing for me so far - especially with psychological issues (see About Me).
However, you will not find any statement in the whole course about how to heal the body. It is our split mind that needs healing. Split by listening to both the inner divine voice and the voice of the ego that leads you astray. Healing on the spiritual level immediately affects the body.
With its approx. 1200 pages, the course is not to be read casually. It is a textbook and an exercise book with 365 lessons. Each exercise serves to let go of the old way of seeing and thinking and to put true thoughts in their place, e.g. : I am as God created me.
You can read the exercise book online here.

Clearing - exemption from external energy sources
I thank Bianka Denise Albrecht for this book Clearing - liberation of the soul into light!
The topic "liberation from foreign energies and occupations" has accompanied me for several years. I have often come into contact with souls of the deceased. In order to better ensure that no energy is drained from me and that I do not get uncontrollably into a whirlpool of strange emotions, I searched for good instructions. I finally found three books, two of which were useless for me.
Clearing - liberation of the soul into light surprised me positively:
As a foreword, there is a list of questions to clarify on the basis of symptoms whether I am affected by external energies, which I have been allowed to publish in my FAQs: How can I recognize attachments and occupations?
Framing the entire content are loving prayers for you and me, which immediately give me a hint of the great compassion that is evident throughout the chapters.
In the first part, this book provides a very good, differentiated overview of the basics of the subject: the worlds of light, the journey of the soul into the light, the "dying" process, clear description of different attachments and occupations or the corresponding energies and beings.
The author is always able to cite concrete examples from her rich practical experience. In this way, she succeeds very well in making us familiar with worlds that are difficult to grasp.
It becomes understandable why many souls do not go into the light after "death", but remain earthbound as spirits. And we learn how we spread energies with our thoughts, which - collectively thought - eventually become autonomously acting beings, such as demons that feed on fears or negative emotions.
Practical part with helpful instructions
In the second part of the book I find good instructions for spiritual, mental self-purification as well as for the liberation from attachments and occupations. For this purpose, numerous prayers are used, which turn to the divine guidance and highest light forces to get the necessary support for this liberation as well as for forgiveness.
I have followed these instructions twice so far with very good success (with noticeable relief and a new feeling of being reconnected to my source of power). Thereby I could also learn that such cleansing should not be done only once.
Thankfully, the book also contains references to the necessity of filling the vacated spaces with one's own soul parts, one's own presence. Attachments and occupations are only possible where we are not present. Through early childhood traumas, for example, soul parts have split off, which we can retrieve with professional support.
In March 2017 I myself did a clearing with Bianka in her practice and can warmly recommend her with a clear conscience.
If this retrieval does not happen, the place fills up again quite soon with foreign energies, quasi as a placeholder.

Trust in the elemental force
" Textbook of Life of Martin Kojc is a bit of a challenge. Kojc leads you step by step in easy to understand language out of familiar thought patterns and introduces a fundamentally new way of thinking. I have included a section in the article You can rejuvenate instead of ageing ..
Martin Kojc [koiz] (1902 - 1978) achieved international recognition as a successful healer and life teacher in the twentieth century from the 1930s onwards.
A basic statement of the book is: The elemental force communicates its will to us through the desires that are alive in us. As long as we trust that all wishes will be fulfilled in the course of life, this will happen. Only our doubts, worries and precautionary measures prevent their fulfillment.
Thus Martin Kojc shows the power and effect of our thoughts with many individual case studies. At this point I would like to particularly emphasize the story of a young woman mentioned in the book:
The following case, which was described in detail in a medical journal, is also worthy of attention as an example of keeping oneself young through the power of the mind: A girl was abandoned by her fiancé and lost her mind over it. In her delusion she believed that the unfaithful one would soon come back and stood at the window for many years waiting for him. When she was already over sixty, doctors who saw her thought she was barely twenty.
And why did she not age? Because in her mind she still thought she was a girl, because she firmly believed she was still living in the time when her fiancé had left her. She was as old as she thought she was. Her conviction imprinted itself in her body and kept her young.

Fasting - a bridge between body and mind
, defined as the cause of "disease" Constipation of the physical body: "Every disease, by whatever name it is known to medical science, is a congestion, a clogging of the entire conduction system of the human body. Every sign of disease, therefore, is merely an extraordinary local congestion due to mucus accumulated at that particular point. Special points of accumulation are the tongue, the stomach, and especially the whole digestive tract."
Even though I don't believe this thesis, I still consider his book as very fundamental and precious . It is a special diet and a healing method that can be used by all kinds of people, from , developed at the beginning of the 20th century. Long before all the raw food movements and the vegan lifestyle, he developed a basic "healing diet" based on fruit diets and fasting.
Just by his authentic intensive self-research , succeeded in any case an extremely important contribution to the nourishing way of humans. And in some places it is recognizable that he is not a materialist and that the spiritual level is definitely also central for him.
Constipation on a physical level - I might add here - is preceded by constipation or filling up on a thought level.

Two small comparisons with the views of Martin Kojc:
Kojc also emphasizes the blessing of fasting. However, for him this lies not so much in the purification of the body, but in the gradual liberation from imagined eating compulsions. Fasting becomes so a bridge between body and spirit, for which we can open ourselves after a few chamfering days noticeably more easily.
While Ehret pleads for mucus-free healing food, Kojc encourages:
If you have previously avoided many foods that you like to eat because you thought they would harm you, now eat them in spite of yourself in order to become ill. ignore the possibilities of illness that you have feared up to now; place yourself on an absolutely indifferent position with regard to these "dangers", yes - challenge these possibilities that you have feared up to now, that you should destroy them if you like.
The consequence of this will be that the food will not harm you.

Miracle of fasting - Living without aging
The title of the book picks up a main topic of this blog. Dr. Paul C. Bragg fasting is basically the main means to avoid "disease" and premature aging. By the way, it has greatly encouraged me to fast again after a long break.
From the publisher's text: Regular 24-hour fasting cures will help you achieve constant body cleansing. With seven to ten day fasting cures you can break down deposits on joints and muscles.
By fasting, you give your body the opportunity to rid itself of metabolic waste products.
This book contains instructions for:
- short and longer fasting cures
- Lenting period
- proper fasting breakage
Furthermore, detailed health advice is given by new natural doctors, which you can also take advantage of free of charge at any time.

Health through purification
The book Gesundheit durch Entschlackung (Health through Purification) by P. Jentschura and J. Lohkämper deals with many important issues of purification and also fasting.
In my experience, however, the recommendations fall short in some cases. The books by Anthony William also have their limitations.
Nevertheless you may find useful suggestions in the book by Jentschura.
From the publisher's text:
Who is not interested in questions like: What is aging? What is pleasure? Why does a woman have cellulite? Why does a man have hair loss? What happens in the metabolism of women during menopause? What is the nature and cause of modern civilization diseases? What is health? What is illness? How do I keep my body healthy and beautiful? How can I dissolve and neutralize waste products? How can I avoid tooth loss, hair loss, skin loss (stretch marks), pimples or hemorrhoids during pregnancy? How can I re-mineralize the depleted mineral deposits of the skin, hair, scalp, teeth, nails, bones, vessels, etc.?

Face muscle training
Christa Gugler provides in her book highly effective exercises to smooth facial skin. From the publisher's text:
"Train the youth of your face back - The best exercises that literally get under your skin, with amazing results in no time.
the most expensive cream in the world is of no use if the muscles under the skin of the face are simultaneously breaking down and becoming flabby. with increasing age, we lose approx. 30 - 40% of muscle mass, which unfortunately is also very noticeable in the face due to the loss of volume. only active muscle training, i.e. training the muscles beyond the normal level of performance, brings the desired lifting effect and the face regains its youthful shape. the book contains a great training program with special, targeted exercises that are easy to implement in a very short time and successfully counteract the "downward trend" - i.e. gravity. from the first day on, you can see and feel the positive changes. immediately after the first training, the face appears rosy and well supplied with blood. after approx. one week, the contours begin to reshape and firm up again. after 4 weeks, the characteristics of a youthful face return.
