Healing happens - or not. Accidents happen - or not. Romances happen - or not. Wars happen - or not. All by chance? Or are there hidden laws underlying all events? The Buddhist law of cause and effect? Is there such a thing as Karma?
In any case, the answer to these questions can be crucial to your health.
What are the causes of "diseases"? What is the significance of their effects? How can I protect myself effectively?
Our life often appears chaotic if we do not see through its lawful processes.
- We create everything with our thoughts.
- The downside of free will.
- Every event is the effect of a cause.
- The body is a mirror of our mind.
- The law of resonnance provides us with the set of experiences.
- Is there really a law of karma?
- Open yourself to grace.
- Symptoms lead us to the causes.
- You change from victim to co-creator.
- Trust, act intuitively and let go!
- Being healthy means being at peace.
We create everything with our thoughts
Yes - we actually have the Powerto create a different reality. We have this power - and have been using it for a long time, mostly unconsciously. What we have thought, felt and done in the past has created our present reality.
Have we wished for this reality - as it is?
No, often we want something completely different.
Who among us is really at peace with everything?
We are usually not even aware that we are acting unpeacefully when we judge others.
The faults we see in others are always (!) our own.
The law of cause and effect
The law of cause and effect lets us feel this directly. Have you ever experienced it in action?
That's exactly what someone asked me some time ago. And yes, I have experienced it in a very impressive way:
And then it came, the "instant karma": The drivers of the next 3 passenger cars all showed me a st....finger!!!! 3 direct answers of the universe one after the other.
My anger was now mixed with a growing and appreciative amazement. I was ready to accept the lesson.
Although I remained dissatisfied, I wrung gratitude out of myself for becoming aware of the immediate effective power of the law of resonnance. Defeated, I changed my plan and used public transportation. In Hamburg I just caught the last train to Ottersberg...
The downside of free will
In this universe, the law of free will applies. You have probably heard this sentence as well.
It indirectly says that NOTHING can happen to you against your will.
Hard to believe in the face of so many experiences that seem to contradict it, isn't it?
You don't want to be "sick," cheated, or have an accident.
But how often is our will a sign of distrust, that what we desire does NOT happen?
How often a sign of fear that something is happening that we do NOT want?
Our soul is here on earth to have experiences, to gain consciousness, that is, to learn. Often it is its will to confront certain unpleasant or even bad events. Events that we always want to avoid with our daily consciousness.
The law of cause and effect serves her to purify herself, to recognize mistakes, to overcome them and ultimately to recognize herself as divine light.
Not coincidence, but the forces of our own will produce undesirable events.
Every event is the effect of a cause.
Have you ever thought about why you have certain experiences, maybe more often? Like accidents, bullying, lack of money, betrayal, loss or failure?
Everything you experience now is the effect of past thoughts, experiences and actions.
But is it also the effect of causes that at first glance are NOT created by you?
Have malicious "viruses" or toxic heavy metals entered us against our will before they can have their "pathogenic" effect in our body?
First and foremost, it is not our individual thoughts that have caused such "viral" or toxic burdens. But it is our unloving collective thoughts that we as mankind have spread and our collective fear of "disease", war and death.
For every unloving and fearful thought we adopt contributes to poisoning our world in some way. Thus we make it ugly and sick.
This is exactly what we have then - as long as we don't co-responsible forgiven - to pay the price. Whether we want it or not.
The body is a mirror of our mind.
But our body is basically nothing more than a mirror of our mind.
A major theme of humanity in our 3D environment is separateness. Our physicality facilitates this illusory perception. Our ego defines itself as a body that is visibly separate and vulnerable from other bodies. Therefore, the ego believes in death.
Separateness leads to "illness". It is not our truth in which we are whole, safe and complete. Through judgment and struggle, we ultimately separate and harm ourselves. Because everything we send out falls back on us.
On a spiritual level, we humans are connected with each other in many ways. We are increasingly understanding this.
Spirit knows no body boundary. As soon as we allow our mind to perceive connections, especially our connection with the SOURCE of all being, healing happens.
In this blog you will find more thoughts on the role of the mind and the body. For example here.
The law of resonnance provides us with the set of experiences.
Closely related to the law of cause and effect is the law of resonnance.
Similar things attract each other. With certain things you "have a theme." And these things you attract into your life:
Positive examples: Time and again you meet people or things that support you perfectly. You find yourself in the company of humorous, fun-loving colleagues.
Negative examples: You are always taken advantage of by your fellow human beings, you frequently experience accidents or are constantly "sick".
You radiate this or that. Similar frequencies in the environment step with it into resonance and cause confirming events.
Fear and trust have very different frequencies.
- The frequency of fear invites the very events you want to avoid. The reward of fear.
- On the other hand, the frequency of trust causes exactly what you want from your heart to happen to you.
At this point, ask yourself in which areas you are confident and in which you are more fearful.
Is there really a law of karma?
I have been asking myself this question for several years. I read various treatises about it and want to know what kind of fundamental justice there is in this world. Read also the article "Exit from the concept of karma".
My experience so far seems to prove that karma does exist. At least in the form of "As one calls into the forest so it resounds out." (see anecdote above)
But I am open to questioning the theory of karma. In the book "Reality Transurfing" from Vadim Zeland e.g. the author limits that karma - like any other concept - is only valid for people who believe in the concept.
Zeland works with the notion of "variant space" - a space beyond our physical world where infinite possibilities exist.
One of them is the concept "karma". I can also find a life line in this variant space that works without karma....
A quite very readable Book.I think that from an even freer point of view it could also help you to find a charming new life line for yourself. Beyond dusty concepts.
Open yourself to grace.
How do I find a new life line?
Up to now, we have made far too much effort, even slaved away, to escape from "pathogenic" circumstances. These were usually actions and therapy attempts of our ego, mixed with a lot of stress.
Isn't our little ego permanently on the move to want to change everything, assuming that otherwise we will inevitably perish? Individually or as humanity as a whole?
Lola Jones makes a strong case for leaving 90 percent of the heavy lifting to Divine Grace. Only 10 percent of the work needs to be done on one's own initiative.
For what? To invite Divine grace and step aside yourself.
Let your heart take the steering wheel now.
In this way, we finally let our High Self - linked to our heart - take the wheel. We can consciously decide to let our ego take a seat in the back seat.
Especially the very tricky spiritual ego should sit in the back. So that it doesn't give you a bad conscience all the time if you don't meditate enough.
Meanwhile, our gut feeling sits in the passenger seat. Neither ego nor gut are steering the vehicle. At the steering wheel now sits the heart with joy - in the certainty that everything is exactly right, what happens.
With a spirited YES to life, it becomes extremely easy and pleasant. Letting go of all resistance is the order of the day. Letting go and trusting that grace will lead you to where you really want to be and enjoy life.
This grace successfully guides you through all difficult situations and helps you learn from them in an easier way.
Symptoms lead us to the causes.
We can and should open ourselves completely to Divine Grace. It gladly takes over everything difficult for us, says Lola Jones.
Divine Grace translates to us the messages of our body symptoms that lead us directly to the root causes.
She shows us what resistances and patterns we can let go of and forgive, and sends us any help we need.
In this way, healing becomes concrete.
As described in detail in "A Course in Miracles" our little ego has the role of the permanent adversary. It always wants to find a hair in the soup and can NEVER play the role of the healer - at most pretend. Because it only knows separation.
You change from victim to co-creator.
Almost all by itself, grace gently brings about an inner expansion of consciousness. You no longer feel separate and as a powerless victim of arbitrary "diseases" or catastrophes. Rather, you change into a capable co-creator of the world.
Is this really so? No. It is a matter of letting go of one's "own efforts" and no longer wanting to control life.
Trust, act intuitively and let go!
Even a small advance of trust is often enough to bring movement into a stagnant "sick" situation. Life guides you. Just let go.
Being healthy means being at peace.
Being healthy is a goal that, in the final analysis, we can only achieve together. That means SOLUTION.
