But with cream please?
Recently, a friend told me she was plagued by headaches again. At first, I just passively took note of it and didn't give it any more thought.
But then it suddenly occurred to me that I had also had headache phases in the past with a specific cause: whipped cream.
Not infrequently I exaggerated my eating and drinking cravings. About 16 years ago, for example, I made myself espresso several times a day and added cream. How much cream? Well, it was in the sum quite a cup per day!
Without immediately recognizing the connection, I would get painful pressure in my head from time to time, mostly on one side on the right. The right eye and the right jaw were also usually affected.
Are slags the culprit?
This pressure subsided as soon as quite a bit of mucus gradually came out of the nose. And that's what gave me the idea that some kind of deposits in the head were producing this pain. And in the truest sense "create pressure".
Intuitively, I reduced my consumption of cream to zero. I also reduced other "candidates" for slag formation: especially cheese and bread.
The success was noticeable: I hardly have any headaches since then. And if I do, I know immediately that I have eaten too much slag-forming food. Exception: external spiritual energies.
So, in the rare cases when the headache returns, I can quickly overcome it without medication by stimulating the flow of mucus.
This can be done very easily with the power of thought .
Think: "Purity" and imagine that all dross is now eliminated.
It was similar with toothache
Very rarely - three times in 20 years, it felt like - I got a toothache in a similar way. I never went to the dentist because of it. I knew: It's about cleaning! Because I managed to free myself from "caries" a long time ago.
And indeed, this pain also disappeared to the extent that I excreted mucus from my nose.
Slags can cause physical and psychological discomfort in many ways. However, according to my findings, this does not mean that they are the primary cause of discomfort.
How you can purify yourself sensibly, you will learn in this article.
Disturbed eating behavior is a signal of soul disorders.
Some people may fall victim to the daily flood of advertising and reach for addictive stimulants every now and then. We sometimes hear the saying:
"What doesn't kill me only makes me stronger."
Thus also Jentschura and Lohkämper write in their book "Health through purification“:
"Acidic delight" is the hussar ride into the realm of death, undertaken again and again "with relish", seemingly unpunished and adventurously undertaken with an always successful return home. Slight wounds to body, soul and hair are valued as ennobling wounds of a brave warrior.
But this is a fatal, naive fallacy. This "death-defying hussar ride" takes bitter revenge if we ignore the interfering signals for a longer period of time.
Migraines or headaches are such signals. Also the disturbed eating behavior. Our soul tries to attract our attention with the help of these signals. She has an urgent need to heal something.
Traumas should be perceived and resolved.
Most of the time, we at least recognize that we are compensating for a lack with our eating behavior. A lack of love, comfort and attention. Perhaps loneliness is the driving force.
On deeper levels there are very often unresolved traumatic experiences that are virtually frozen in the subconscious. Mental efforts are of little help here. Traumas are split off from the daytime consciousness and thus from any memory for reasons of self-protection.
So, should we find that we cannot change our eating behavior, this unhealthy behavior is there to make an unconscious conflict physically palpable.
If we have pain, we want to get rid of it. All symptoms such as headaches and eating disorders can be signals of deeper conflicts. The time may now have gradually come to gently bring buried traumatic experiences into consciousness and resolve them.
The 7 layers of the onion
Perhaps the solution is to simply stop eating food that causes dross. If, however, as in my case, the eating behavior remains disturbed, a deeper look inside is very advisable.
Often it is only possible with the professional support of a psychotherapist to enable a view into the subconscious.
There are more than a dozen good approaches and methods for this, which I will not go into here.
If you manage to expose another "onion peel" and release a trauma, you will feel lighter. However, there may well be other "onion peels". At the pace that is right for you, your soul will lead you to the deeper layers. Step by step.
Love yourself now - just as you are.
Confronted with perhaps more than one serious problem that we cannot solve, we are too easily inclined to blame ourselves for it. The following thoughts can help you love yourself unconditionally:
- Everything that happens is for your development.
- You have many earth lives available for your development.
- Everything happens at exactly the right time in exactly the right place.
- Let go of your identification with certain states.
- Become an observer of what is happening.
- Recognize yourself as a spiritual being inhabiting the physical body.
- Trust the intelligence and wisdom of your High Self.
- Let your High Self guide you.
- Feel into your heart.
