These General Terms and Conditions of Business apply exclusively and we do not recognise any terms and conditions that contradict or deviate from our General Terms and Conditions of Business.
Courses - Public seminars/workshops
The seminar dates announced by Rainer Klar in brochures and in the context of other advertising measures are a non-binding preview of the dates, locations, duration, content and fees are subject to change.
We reserve the right to make insignificant changes (e.g. sequence of seminar topics, training and break times) to the event programme, provided that these are reasonable for the customer.
A seminar registration takes place online via the Digistore24 order form and the contract is only concluded upon receipt of the confirmation of registration, which will be sent immediately by Rainer Klar to the registrant.
As the number of participants for these seminars/workshops is limited, registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
The seminar price is calculated in 2 instalments will be debited from the account by Digistore24. the 1st installment amounts to 1/4 of the total price and will be debited directly after the order. the invoice will be issued immediately after filling in the corresponding address data within the order. this also applies accordingly to multi-part seminar/workshop series. an adapted installment plan can be seen in the offer.
Participation in the seminars/workshops only temporarily does not entitle to a reduction of the seminar fee.
The seminar/workshop price includes the services described in detail in the confirmation of registration and the participant is responsible for travel, accommodation and other related costs (e.g. telephone, fax, minibar).
Upon booking, the seminar fee or a fixed deposit per seminar participant is due immediately. The seminar fee will be refunded if the relevant event does not take place for a reason for which Rainer Klar is responsible. Proof that a lower cost was incurred is open to question.
The registration can be up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar, but max. within 60 daysIf the registration is cancelled up to and including 10 calendar days prior to the start of the seminar, we will charge 50 % of the seminar costs. If the cancellation is made within 8 calendar days or if the participant does not appear at the seminar, Rainer Klar will charge the full seminar fee. The customer reserves the right to prove that no damage or less damage has occurred. A transfer to a substitute participant, who must register separately, is possible.
Rainer Klar reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event for important, unforeseeable organisational reasons (e.g. if the minimum number of participants depending on the type of seminar is not reached (at the latest two weeks before the date) or if the trainer is absent at short notice due to illness). In the event of cancellation by Rainer Klar, Rainer Klar will endeavour to rebook the participant to another date and/or another venue. The participant has the right to cancel the event for which he/she has been rebooked free of charge within two weeks of receipt of the new data. If rebooking is not possible, the participant will be refunded the fees already paid.
The prices for these service areas are gross prices, i.e. they include the statutory value added tax.
Liability
The respective training is carefully prepared and carried out according to the current state of knowledge, and we accept no liability for advice given or the use of the knowledge acquired.
Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to our business and legal relations between us and the customer. Should a provision of these terms and conditions or a regulation within the framework of other agreements be or become invalid, the validity of all other provisions or agreements shall not be affected. Agreements negotiated in a different manner shall only be valid if they have been agreed in writing.
The contractual partner must be a natural person with full legal capacity and be at least 18 years old.
